North Lake Park and Recreation District manages the the Christmas Valley Golf Course, multipurpose field, Community Hall, rodeo grounds, Baert Lake and the Christmas Valley Airport. These facilities and properties are maintained for public recreational activities. Desert Whispers is published twice-monthly by the District.
The district board consists of five elected officials who provide guidance and oversight for the district.
